Integrating Salesforce to streamline a K-12 district’s student success program

Oakland Unified School District (OUSD) wanted to better support student success and needed a district-wide CRM platform for 83 schools and 36K students to create a 360 view and “single-source-of truth” for at-risk students. 

OUSD expanded their use of Salesforce with a student support solution called Coordination of Services Team (COST) that is informing the development of the Salesforce Student Success Hub. OUSD outsourced to Lingk Managed Integration Services to successfully integrate the Salesforce K-12 Architecture Kit and the Aeries SIS within an accelerated timeline and on-budget.
