Platform support

Platform support comes with all free and paid Lingk platform accounts.

Lingk platform support — including live chat, email and web conference sessions — are available based on your subscription plan. Online certification courses and developer documentation are provided at no cost.

Standard support

Included for free with Standard platform license. Ongoing support includes one (1) hour of support per month. Two (2) business day max response time. Add-on platform support hours are available if additional support is needed.

Enterprise support

Included for free with Professional or Enterprise platform license. Ongoing support includes four (4) hours of support per month. One (1) business day max response time. Add-on platform support hours are available if additional support is needed.

In-App support

Included with a free or paid Lingk platform account. Lingk offers chat help resources and documentation within the app — covering getting started, using Lingk, building recipes and more.

Integration Recipe support

If you would like help with building new integration recipes or maintaining existing recipes built by Lingk — we have you covered. Integration recipe support hours are included with each license plan and additional hours are available for purchase.
