Challenge
Mid-State Technical College (MSTC) embarked on a transition from Oracle PeopleSoft to Anthology as their primary Student Information System (SIS). The challenge was needing to maintain seamless integrations for admissions workflows between their existing Salesforce Org and now to Anthology. Additionally, MSTC required expertise on deploying a new Salesforce Student Success Hub module.

Outsourced Integrations: Lingk’s Managed Integration Services team is building the integrations that will support the admissions processes between the existing Salesforce Org and the new instance of Anthology.
Deployment Services: Lingk is guiding MSTC through the design and implementation of Salesforce Student Success Hub, replacing Civitas Learning, and aligning it with institutional goals.
